Jim Shopland is an award-winning Certified Professional Business Coach (CPBC) with a background deeply rooted in the “DNA of small business.” Having grown up in a family that owned and operated several businesses for over 50 years—spanning construction, retail, and technology—Jim understands the unique pressures of the entrepreneur.

Before founding Shopland Coaching in 2011, Jim spent 25 years in the corporate world, excelling in executive roles within sales, marketing, and merchandising for major grocery and health food channels. Today, he is widely recognized for his “Couples Coaching” (co-led with his wife Laurie) and his “Solopreneur Business Program,” where he helps leaders streamline operations and rediscover the joy of their work without sacrificing their families.
