You have mastered the coaching frameworks, the diagnostics, and the sales process. Now, Day 4 of the CPBC Bootcamp focuses entirely on the business of coaching. We cover the operational, marketing, and psychological systems required to launch, scale, and sustain a high-level practice.
Led by our PBCA Master Trainers, this final day transitions you from a coaching student to a business owner. You will define your target market, establish your value-based pricing, and create a concrete 90-day action plan so you can begin acquiring clients the moment you pass your certification exam.
What We Cover: Day 4 Curriculum
- Marketing & Value-Based Pricing: Clients do not buy your time; they buy the results you create. You will learn to move away from hourly rates and establish value-based pricing tiers (typically $750 – $2,500+/month).
- Core Messaging: Master the “Who + Do What” formula to clearly communicate who you help, what you help them achieve, and why it matters.
- The Psychology of Change: We dive into Gleicher’s Formula for Change to understand client resistance, and explore how to reprogram the Reticular Activating System (RAS) to filter for high-value opportunities.
- Personal Effectiveness: A strong coaching practice requires strong habits. We cover Time Blocking, the Eisenhower Time Management Matrix, and the transition from “victim behavior” to 100% ownership.
- The 90-Day Action Plan: You will build your own immediate roadmap, defining your SMART goals, setting your 90-day priorities (“Rocks”), and outlining weekly action steps.
- The CPBC Final Exam & Jumpstart: A full review of the final exam requirements and an introduction to your post-certification onboarding, ensuring you have the templates, contracts, and support to start coaching immediately.
