Cindy Piva is the founder and principal of Thrive Business Strategies, bringing over 30 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience to her clients. Before transitioning to coaching in 2009, Cindy spent over two decades owning and operating Pineridge Golf Course, where she managed everything from construction and maintenance to hospitality and liquor licensing.

This deep operational background allows her to empathize with the “loneliness at the top” that many CEOs feel. Cindy is a Certified Professional Master Business Coach (CPMBC) and a prominent community leader, having served as the President of the Kamloops and District Chamber of Commerce.
