The Membership Acceptance Program

An accelerated induction pathway for credentialed executive coaches and seasoned business advisors. You don’t need another basic training course—you need proprietary frameworks and a peer network that matches your caliber.

Recognizing Your Expertise

For years, PBCA Canada operated strictly as a training institution, requiring all incoming members to complete our foundational certification. However, we recognize that there are brilliant, experienced coaches who already align with our values and methodologies but do not require introductory training.

The Membership Acceptance Program (MAP) is a formalized 12-month pilot track that allows vetted professionals to bypass the standard $7,500 CPBC certification and gain immediate access to our 1,400+ Resource Arsenal and elite peer network.

Strict Admission Standards

To protect the integrity of our network, we do not lower our standards; we recognize external competence. All MAP applicants must pass a formal Board Review

Requirement 1: Executive Experience

Must have a minimum of 10+ years of verifiable business ownership or high-level executive leadership experience.

Requirement 2: Verified Competence

Must hold a recognized credential (ICF, WABC, Master’s) or possess 5+ years of dedicated coaching experience.

Requirement 3: Proven Impact

Must provide 2 to 3 client letters explicitly referencing your coaching impact, or secure a direct PBCA member referral.

Learning The PBCA Frameworks

While you have the coaching experience, you must learn the proprietary “PBCA Way.” Before accessing the full ecosystem, accepted members must complete a live, 1-Day Virtual Intensive. This executive briefing covers:

  • Business Diagnostics: Mastery of the Business Effectiveness Evaluation (BEE) and Strategy Pages framework.

  • Leadership Effectiveness: Application of the Leader Effectiveness Evaluation (LEE) tool.

  • Behavioral Analysis: Integrating DISC methodologies within the PBCA framework.

Request Board Review

Submit your credentials below for preliminary review. Candidates who meet our standards will be invited to an alignment interview. Please note: Upon acceptance, a $2,250 CAD initial investment ($1,500 one-time onboarding fee + $750 annual dues) is required to formalize your induction.
