CPBC Certification Training: Day 2

Description

Equipping You With the Tools for Transformation

After mastering the foundational frameworks in Day 1, Day 2 shifts focus to the tangible, proprietary tools you will use to evaluate and guide your clients. A professional business coach does not guess where a company is bleeding revenue or losing culture; they diagnose it.

Day 2 introduces you to the PBCA’s flagship assessment tools: The Business Effectiveness Evaluation (BEE) and The Leadership Effectiveness Evaluation (LEE). You will learn how to administer these assessments, analyze the data, and debrief high-level executives to create focused 90-day action plans.

What We Cover: Day 2 Curriculum

  • Avoiding the Top 10 Coaching Pitfalls: Identifying and eliminating amateur mistakes like “rushing to fix too fast,” “listening just to respond,” and “acting like the boss instead of a partner.”
  • The Business Effectiveness Evaluation (BEE): Mastering our comprehensive operational assessment that measures 10 critical business areas, including Financial Management, Systems, Sales, and Succession Planning.
  • The Leadership Effectiveness Evaluation (LEE): Assessing the executive’s personal capacity to lead by measuring competencies like Conflict Communication, Strategic Clarity, and Social Intelligence.
  • The Strategy Pages: Using our guided toolkits to break down complex evaluation data into actionable, measurable steps.
  • Live Case Study Roleplay: Breaking into pairs to practice live debriefs of the BEE and LEE using real-world executive scenarios to refine your active listening and curiosity skills.
